This Works - Sleep Spray

Let me say now, this stuff really does work. I got this little gift set for Christmas and since I've gone through a fair few of these little sprays.

I've had problems sleeping through the night recently, meaning i've been really tired the day after etc. So I tried these out and the spray has actually helped me get a proper night's sleep! The scent is lavender and as soon as your head hits the pillow you feel sleepy.

I'm now excited to try out some more of their range for an even better nights sleep!
